The Alaskan rep was courteous and competent (although late arriving due to high work load) and repaired my A/C unit. However, I check around after completion and found that I could have gotten the same work done at less than 1/2 the price using a local Sierra Vista contractor. Ripped Off.

I was called to a home in Alaska to repair a Lennox split system. The unit was not cooling properly, and the customer was concerned about the high energy bills. I arrived at the home and performed a thorough inspection of the system. I found that the evaporator coil was dirty and clogged with debris, which was causing the unit to work harder than it should. I cleaned the coil and replaced the filter, and the system started cooling properly. I also checked the refrigerant levels and found that they were low, so I added more refrigerant to the system. The customer was very happy with the results, and I was able to provide them with a quote for future maintenance.
